Použití ustanovení 5.1.2, 5.2, 5.3.1.1, 5.3.2.2, 5.3.4.2, 5.3.4.4, 5.6.3 a 5.7 této normy nezakládá presumpci shody se základním požadavkem na ochranu zdraví a bezpečnost stanoveným v bodě 3.4 přílohy II nařízení (EU) 2016/425.
