3.1 kód oblasti použití

(application area code) kód k označování trubek a tvarovek určující dovolenou oblast (oblasti) jejich použití takto: „B“: kód oblasti použití součástí uvnitř budov nebo pro součásti vně budov připevněné na stěnu; „D“: kód oblasti použití pod budovou a do 1 m od budovy, kde jsou trubky a tvarovky uloženy v zemi a jsou napojeny na podzemní kanalizační přípojky a stokové sítě; „BD“: kód oblasti použití součástí v obou oblastech použití „B“ i „D“.

POZNÁMKA 1 k heslu V oblastech použití „D“ je obvyklá existence vnějších sil z okolí spolu s odvodem horké vody. POZNÁMKA 2 k heslu Další kódy oblasti použití „U“ a „UD“ nejsou pokryty touto normou a jsou definovány jinde, např. v EN 1852-1.
