3.3.1 organizace (organization)
osoba nebo skupina osob, která má své vlastní funkce s odpovědnostmi, pravomocemi a vztahy k dosažení svých cílů (3.3.7)
POZNÁMKA 1 k heslu Pojem organizace zahrnuje mimo jiné osobu samostatně výdělečně činnou, společnost, akciovou společnost, firmu, podnik, správní orgán, partnerství, dobročinnou organizaci nebo instituci, nebo jejich část či kombinaci, ať už jsou do organizace začleněny, nebo ne, veřejné, nebo soukromé.
POZNÁMKA 2 k heslu Je-li organizace součástí většího celku, termín „organizace“ se vztahuje pouze na tu část, která spadá do rozsahu systému managementu aktiv (3.3.5).

person or group of people that has its own functions with responsibilities, authorities and relationships to achieve its objectives (3.3.7)
Note 1 to entry: The concept of organization includes, but is not limited to, sole-trader, company, corporation, firm, enterprise, authority, partnership, charity or institution, or part or combination thereof, whether incorporated or not, public or private.
Note 2 to entry: If the organization is part of a larger entity, the term “organization” refers only to the part of the larger entity that is within the scope of the asset management system (3.3.5).
