furthermore, the obligation to communicate information in the supply chain: Title IV – although safety data sheets are not usually issued for articles, for pyrotechnic articles it is recommended to provide a safety data sheet only to legal entities, not to consumers; for consumers, it is sufficient to provide the necessary information on the product packaging (article)
