Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
/ Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS I) was repealed on January 3, 2013, and replaced by Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council; references to the repealed Directive shall be construed as references to Directive 2011/65/EU in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VIII/
The amendments to the Directive will not be implemented in the Slovak Republic due to the provisions of Section 2 of Decree No. 465/2013 Coll. on technical requirements for electrical and electronic equipment, which has been in effect since January 1, 2014.
